Internet Return Policy
At PerformanceToolCenter.com, our main priority is ensuring complete satisfaction of our customers’ tool orders. If something is wrong or you're not thrilled when you get your tool order from PerformanceToolCenter.com, we're going to make it easy on you...
Just return unused tools in their original packaging within 20 days of receipt of goods for a refund or equal exchange. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking/return processing fee. Returns must be in their original box or packaging, and must not be shelf worn, deteriorated, torn or otherwise not saleable in its condition or appearance.
No credit will be issued for returns that have been altered or abused.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless you had to return the product because of our error).
Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges on exchanged or replaced merchandise. Customer will be responsible for freight charges both ways, even if the initial freight was “free.” The shipping charges will be the amount the freight carrier actually charges (not necessarily what we charged you).
Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or place a damage claim with the appropriate carrier (email us at sales@performancetoolcenter.com). Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and containers exactly as they were delivered until you are advised otherwise.
Please Note: We sometimes repackage items to better protect the contents. Please do not refuse a shipment because it appears to be the wrong box (i.e., a different tool is pictured on the box). If the wrong item IS shipped to you in error we are 100% responsible. We will ship the correct item to you at our expense and will pay for the return shipping costs as well.
Before receiving any order, please check merchandise thoroughly for any damage or shortages. DO NOT SIGN for any damaged merchandise. By signing for any damaged merchandise, you are assuming all responsibility for the damaged goods. Please refuse the order and have the carrier send it back to the originating address. If there are any shortages, they must be reported to sales@performancetoolcenter.com within 24 hours upon receipt of the shipment.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any machinery or
generators. All machinery/generators need to be taken to the local manufacturer's service center.
While we make it a point to provide the most accurate and up to date product information, we are not responsible for product or specification changes made by manufacturers without our knowledge. Furthermore, although we strive for accuracy we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
We are not responsible for shipping errors, technical "glitches", or other mishaps beyond our control.

Warranties
We support all manufacturers' warranties on their products. Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. PerformanceToolCenter.com is not responsible for any manufacturer warranty claims or repair claims.
Cancellations
Cancellation of an order may result in a 20% Cancellation Fee.
Special ordered items are non-cancelable and not able to be returned unless a manufacturer's defect is proven or item is inoperable upon delivery with no service center in your market area.
Damages/Non-working Items
Visit your local Service Center:
• For a list of local service centers, visit the tool manufacturer’s website.
Return the item to us:
• We will evaluate the item and provide service by repairing /replacing the defective tool. Repairable equipment will be repaired according to manufacturer’s current warranty policy. You may request an RMA Number by sending an email to sales@performancetoolcenter.com
• Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges
• We honor all power tool company satisfaction guarantees – see manufacturer owner’s manual for details.
Other Returns
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking/return processing fee. This fee will be assessed especially in the following situations:
• Non-defective merchandise returned in visibly used or damaged condition
• Any item not returned in original packaging with all parts and manuals intact
• Special Order items
• Any return that is not due to defective or damaged merchandise
• Non-defective orders “refused” at delivery
Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges. We reserve the right to make exceptions for special circumstances.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns to PerformanceToolCenter.com must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You may request an RMA Number by sending an email to sales@performancetoolcenter.com

Reason for return
Write the RMA number clearly on all packages to be returned. In your package include a short explanation of why you are returning the item and a copy of the invoice so that we can properly credit your account. You will be credited for the return the same way you paid. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Sending your Return
Please be sure your return meets the following packaging requirements:
• RMA Number included in package. You may request an RMA Number by sending an email to sales@performancetoolcenter.com
• The item is in its original box or packaging
• The product is securely packaged (totally surrounded by packing material) to avoid damage
• The product is sent with all of its parts and manuals

Crediting Your Return
Return credits will be issued to the same card used to make the purchase. Refunds will be only for the product amount. Actual freight fees incurred (regardless of shipping promotions) and applicable restock fees are the responsibility of the customer.
There will be no refunds of any shipping charges.
Back-orders
Back-orders in excess of 14 days may be canceled without notice.
