Newly re-designed head, more weight and head reach than our orginal mallet. Makes this "Redhead" even larger than before and a great compliment to our other Standard series bossing mallets, 2 1/2" dia, 6" head length, 7/16" & 1 3/4" small/big end radius, 13 3/4" handle/head OAL.

Our "Redheads" standard plastic bossing mallets are versatile for lighter materials and limited access conditions. The UHMW polyethylene heads with one of the highest plastics density rating insures that you get the heaviest weight head. Each mallet sports a combination of unique radiuses and overall head lengths not offered by any other manufacturer. Our new ball end ash handles provide user comfort, improved feel of the metal flow, head weight to handle length ratios that increase blow forces or each mallet forming capacity. Use with our leather shot or sand bags, very creative, pre-forms can be accomplished with limited user skills.
