Make precision butt welds; align panels edge-to-edge and surface-to-surface during welding, leaving minimal grinding. Plated steel clamps draw tight a removable draw bar from the backside of the sheets. Spacing of .040 gap surface-to-surface and will hold a maximum sheet thickness of .200. You must be able to get to the backside of the sheet.
